We will store data as long as is required to fulfil our legitimate business purposes. We are also required by mandatory laws to retain certain data for specific periods of time. When we no longer need the data we will dispose of it in a secure manner unless too costly for us to do so.
HansaWorld keeps business related data in its active databases and backups thereof. The servers where data is stored are located inside the European Union. Data is not transferred to third countries.

We are awaiting clarification on what is considered data processing under GDPR. Currently, with our understanding of this concept, we do not process data.

According to our understanding of what data processing is under GDPR, we do not process data. HansaWorld employees with adequate access rights may access data from time to time for business related purposes.
If you are sending information to HansaWorld data centres that is in compliance with GDPR policy, HansaWorld notifies you with a clear message that allows you to give consent. When you opt-in, your data will be processed under control with GDPR across our highly protected network.
