The usage of HansaWorld software is subject to the terms and conditions of HansaWorld Software Licence Agreement. HansaWorld may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to use the software.
For USA only:
All sales are final, unless otherwise expressly set forth in the HansaWorld Software Licence Agreement (EULA) or agreed between the Parties in writing, no refund for the paid licence, rental, maintenance and support fees (Clause 11.1 and 11.2 of the EULA)
